Pâtés
St. Mary’s produces two principal varieties of smoked salmon pâtés. The first, a maple flavoured salmon pâté, is made by combining our oven smoked maple salmon strips with cream cheese and seasonings. The second, a cold smoked salmon pâté with dill, includes a blend of cream cheese, a hint of garlic, pepper, dill and cold smoked salmon. Both produce appetizers that keep our loyal customers coming back time and again.
Both products feature over 50 % smoked salmon content.
What packs are available?
Our most typical format for the Pates are in retail consumer tubs ( 150 grams ) but contact us for food service bulk packs on a special order basis.
